You do not need a physician’s referral to attend acupuncture sessions. ICBC allows Acupuncturists in BC to directly bill for treatments provided to patients who have sustained injuries in a motor vehicle accident. Some extended health plans may cover the cost of the treatment as well. Please review your private insurance plan for more details.

Jiman Ryu (R.Ac. R.TCM.P.) and Yeonha Kim (R.Ac. RMT) are highly trained registered acupuncturists with CCHPBC with years of experience.

Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Combined for Holistic Healing

**Synergistic Benefits of Combined Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine**

1. Comprehensive Healing: Acupuncture enhances blood flow, boost recovery function and provides immediate symptom relief, while herbal medicine addresses the root cause and supports long-term balance.
2. Enhanced Treatment Efficacy: The combined approach maximizes therapeutic outcomes by leveraging the strengths of both modalities.
3. Long-Term Wellness: Promotes sustainable health by preventing recurrence and improving overall physical and emotional well-being.

This integrative approach offers a powerful solution for restoring harmony and optimizing health.
